      An ok company to work for as a teenager

      Pros

      The company works around schedules consistently. The company offers quarterly bonuses as well. The atmosphere is family oriented too.

      Cons

      Raises are rarely given and they are in increments of 25 cents usually. Store competitions are childish and will not motivate sales associates to strive for sales.

      You get great health benefits. Med, Vision, Dental

      Cons

      Upper management micro manages A LOT. It's all about the numbers not performance or how hard you work. You cannot hang out with any other employees outside of the job if you are in management. NO FRATERNIZATION. Most employees believe relationship building is good, not here.

      I don't really have any complaints. My time with GFS was wonderful and I'd recommend it to anyone.
