Pros
Great benefits if you're full or part time. Goshen Rehabilitation is a wonderful place to work with fantastic colleagues. Management really cares about you as a person rather than just a cog in the machine. The organization values the input of every colleague, and you don't have to be in a management position to enact change.
Cons
Do this job for the benefits, not the pay. A prior knowledge of health insurance is extremely helpful, but not required. No personal desk space, as everyone switches desks depending on schedules, and the registrars are always patient-facing with no private office.
