Free Healthcare, Free Benefits, 3 day weekends, off all major holidays

Cons

Extremely low pay, that’s why the benefits are free. You’re practically working for the benefits. The work environment was too toxic. Back bitting and gossip it was like being in high school all over again. Some of the clinical staff were vindictive, rude, and disrespectful.
