In all my years of experience, I have never had such a lousy time in a company before. The amount of micromanaging is ridiculous, the manager is horrible, and she is a person who apparently got there not on merit. They have the worst process I have ever seen, and they thrive not on positive feedback but on scrutinizing their employees and will break you to your core. The fact that they constantly change employees says something and their "salary and benefits" is not quite what they offer.
