Unrealistic job: We headhunted for very specialized positions, like Tech Developers, Engineering or Architecture roles asking for 5 or 8 years of experience but we offered very low wages that very few people accepted. Even if you manage to find a desperate candidate that needs the job, the clients may not interview them. Some of them may pass a first or second interview but the client may drop the candidates from the process at any point. Meaning you can spend a couple of months without hiring anyone. And then, threats of dismissal will begin. Then, if you don't manage to hire anyone they will fire you, then hire someone else, and the cycle begins again. Everybody is pretty new in the team, which tells a lot about the high attrition.

First of all, the manager is horrible, she focuses on only giving bad feedback, rarely acknowledges good work, she makes it impossible for you to feel comfortable at work and drives recruiter away. The micromanagement in this company is ridiculous, to a point where it is imposible to meet goals. Expectation are unrealistic, goals are impossible to meet. They have you recruit for tech roles without them having tech knowledge and having expectations on tech roles that are impossible. Internal roles you recruit for are almost impossible to fill because what they offer and look for is just not functional. Most recruiter have only been there a few months which says alot and they constantly have to change the team. No database to work with, only google sheets which is ridiculous and time consuming. And above all management does not try to keep employees happy, nobody does followup to see how you feel as a new employee and above all they give you roles and then expect you to ask questions that are nothing related to what requirements are. Dont waste your time here. They dont even worry about bad opinion of the company or is candidates had a good experience or not. They make it impossible to meet goals and then fire you but mostly to keep bonuses to themselves.
