      Poorly managed. Terrible culture and staff. They discriminate with their tutors based on name and accent.

      Pros

      Independence regarding learning materials to choose from. Variety of student needs and ages. Opportunity to implement multiple skill sets : communication, leadership, flexibility, areas of knowledge.

      Cons

      Management at company has gone downhill in past four years. Lots of miscommunication and inefficiency on their part. It seems that there is a huge turnover in employees at admin level. They are not clear at communicating what positions are really available. Often parents take advantage of having a tutor in the home, and treat tutors as baby sitters.

      They were lying to customers and scamming non English speaking parents into buying tutoring "hours", when it was actually a package that is overly priced
