Great place to work partime.

Pros

Staff is super helpful. If you have experience being a tutor or being in a classroom environment other than being a student you get paid fairly well. After they set you up with a student you pretty much can set your own hours after that. Most parents are very understanding if you wanna take the time off.

Cons

I don’t really have any cons personally. It might get overwhelming if you take on too many students but if that’s the case you can always let management know that and they’ll help.

Pros

You get to make your own hours and see as many children as you like. I would probably get paid more if I were able to travel further. You get to see your students improve and the parents are super flexible.

Cons

Sometimes they don't answer the phone. Once they offered me a new student and then never responded when I said I could accept him.
