-Work from home opportunity -Friendly co-workers -Company makes great money and has great benefits

Cons

-Messy onboarding + training process -Disorganization -Outdated technology and software. Whole company operates off of a 15+ year old front-facing interface. It’s slow, buggy, and inefficient. -Policies and procedures are not set in stone, seems like everything is made up on the fly. -Shady business practices. As a customer support rep, we are expected to “save” packages and services rather than refunding. Sales team gets mad if you refund. Overall sketchy and the culture seems disingenuous.

They do a good job at finding the students for you and you get to schedule your own hours. That's why it's perfect for highschooler students that are starting work for the first time or college students.

Cons

I have no cons. I think they were one of the best I've worked for.
