-flexible -good side hussle -ok management no real issues

Cons

I was making them so much money and they never maximized the parents working for me. When new management came they forgot about me Tried contacting other branches in different cities for more hours/students and they said they don't want to cause drama because wayzata branch would be mad if others contacted me So weird

It's as standard as it gets. You work as a tutor under the company, you go to people's homes and tutor students, and the parents pay. You are paid regularly and monthly and management is ready and willing to solve/deal with disputes.

Cons

Monthly pay can be a bit finnicky if you're in need of quick money. Also, depending on location, sessions may not be worth the gas money to go. Also, you have to pay for background checks.
