I have been signed up with them for well over a year now & have met with 5 parents about tutoring their children. I got along very well with both parents & children. I have a special ed. background & my greatest strength is developing great working relationships & communication with students, staff & families. Yet after every meeting with the families, during which we spoke & they seemed genuinely excited about moving forward, the NEXT DAY I was called or texted to say that the family decided to "change directions" & not proceed! After the fifth time - yesterday - I decided that whatever was going on, it wasn't worth my frustration & I texted to tell them to take me off their tutor list altogether..
