Overall company vision is solid and executable IF leadership begins to align their actions with their words.

Cons

Graduation Alliance does not value it's employees. In Student Services, you will experience an excessive caseload, manipulative intimidation-based, coercive leadership tactics; constant criticism; unrealistic deadlines; uncontrolled scope creep (expect your job description will continuously expand quarter after quarter); substandard health insurance and PTO employee benefits

You have different manager based on where you're based. Mine was amazing, she was really sweet and helpful and did not mind me asking questions. Other staffs were supportive and coordinated with you to ensure best outcomes for the students.

Cons

Students rated you after your phone calls with them. There may be those who hated your guts (lol) because you tried to help them.
