Graduation Alliance is a company that truly dedicated to helping students succeed. All the politics and emotional baggage that a traditional company has just melts away, because everyone is working towards the same amazing goal: helping high school students who would otherwise not have a hope in the world. The culture here is fantastic - work hard when you are here, but then go and enjoy your life. The soul of a non-profit, with the energy and excitement of a startup - it's pretty special.
Cons
No company is perfect for everyone. If you cannot get passionate about helping at-risk youth students succeed, you will struggle here. Passion, drive, commitment - these are really big parts of this company.
