The mission coupled with the fact that you get to help students get their high school diplomas. The new leadership team has brought a new and refreshing culture. The culture is one that rewards hard work and allows for flexibility as needed. Benefits are great.

Cons

Small company that is still considered a startup. Location downtown is not ideal if you live in the suburbs Benefits are good but some could say they are expensive.
