There are a few amazing “managers” and leaders that have your back and have created an amazing team culture. I’m thankful to be one one of them. Making a difference in the lives of the families you work with. Work from home.

Cons

Needs better training for new hires. Over loaded with students while having crazy expectations. There is no room to focus on growth/leadership because of work load. No sick time - they say they’ve combined it with PTO. Earning 3.33 hours/pay period is not near enough for both. I shouldn’t have to be forced to use my PTO for unexpected illness. That is what SICK time should be for. Some managers micromanage instead of focusing on growing their team.

Pays well, and coworkers are extremely nice people. Very friendly.

Cons

The management is extremely micromanaging. They control every single thing you do at all times. PTO accrual is terrible.
