Mission- if you're committed to empowering disenfranchised students by connecting them to education and training opportunities this place is for you.

Cons

Management by optimism results in constant changing of direction. No one has a handle on what works and what doesn't. No one wants to admit who works and who doesn't. Total "cross our fingers" approach.
