Caring hardworking staff. Flexibility Autonomy Grady Family In it for the satisfaction that "WE" as Grady accomplish one goal for the community.

Cons

Not enough people are held accountable for their own negligence. Not enough democracy within the system Evs system needs overhaul as they are very understaffed to care for such a large hospital. Understaffed
