Pros

Grady is a good place for someone to start who is just finishing school. The Company is very diverse.

Cons

Overworked, there are times when there are only two phelbotomist working the whole entire hospital. and on top of that you are still responsible for Blood cultures.

Lots of overtime available, they allow you to work as many hours as you would like which is very nice

Cons

There is A lot of walking and transporting patients around the hospital and to the morgue but you can do it
