      Close knit company, slow to change

      Pros

      The employees there are very friendly. Many have been there for decades and have tons of knowledge. Relatively flat organizational structure is nice. Upper management seems to really care about all the employees.

      Cons

      Inability to adapt or update systems. They have a lot of very outdated software used that follows the "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" mantra, but it could be improved if they updated it. Due to the small size, there's little room to move or grow. Many fresh grads left quickly when they found better prospects.

      Pros

      They will support continuing education and professional development for those that want it.

      Cons

      Very small company. Folks not from Batavia considered outsiders. Tough environment for a more seasoned professionals to make it here. They prefer young college grads and chew them up/spit them out. Also lay off workers often to balance their books. They'll tell you otherwise of course. Be wary.
