      Pros

      Individual employee relationships are strong.

      Cons

      1) Zero diversity in executive leadership team. 2) Absent CEO. 3) Executive leadership does not have a presence in employee spaces. Does not interact. Town Halls are via Zoom with no personal connection or interaction. 4) Revamp HR. The toxic culture flows from that department. It is not good.

      Pros

      The only positive thing I can say is the old leadership team was great. Once they all left things started going downhill and never stopped.

      Cons

      The most toxic environment I have ever been part of! The incompetence, immaturity and unprofessionalism I witnessed there is unreal. Management and leadership are a joke. They do not care about anything but themselves and their investors. Don't even get me started on the HR department. HR leadership is one of the main reasons for the toxicity, along with certain other people in management type positions. Many people have brought these concerns to the executives, and they are shrugged off simply because they don't want to deal with it. Nepotism, lack of appreciation, and communication are just a few of the MANY other reasons this company is unbearable.
