Pros
Graham does not take safety very seriously so it is a good place to learn new things. I was handed a crane control box on my first day with no training or certification- no questions asked. I also learned to drive fork lift at graham months before I was formally trained and certified. I also never had wear fall protection- which is great because it's not comfortable.
Cons
Nepotism- People who are unqualified are given jobs they can't handle because a family member has years of service. Everyone suffers because of it. Toxic- Inmates run the asylum. HR is a disaster, they have no idea what the company even makes yet they continuously take actions that trip up production. HR does not attempt to resolve conflicts between employees. You are a number- next man up mentality. That one token guy who tries to promote his band to every new guy? He has no talent- Rips off existing songs and calls it a "tribute" when caught.
