The former shine is gone as local staff leaves with their experience and connections.

Tight team Good family practice medical staff Formerly good emergency room medical Group While there have always been limitations, everyone knew their capabilities.

Cons

Favoritism Leadership feel staff is disposable New staff doesn't understand what is possible in the hospital and they don't want to work hard to meet those capabilities.

Friendly environment with small town family feeling. Laid back atmosphere. Celebrate birthdays and make everyone feel included. Overall good place to be.

Cons

Under a lot of financial stress at the moment and going through a lot of changes. Upper management has all been replaced with out of towners that don't understand the small town bond the employees share with one another.
