New company, same management style as before. It's somewhat better, but has a lot of room for improvement.

Pros

Steady 40 hour work week. Management leaves employees alone to perform duties.

Cons

Management has a very hands off approach, to the point where some sleep, watch movies or indulge in extra curricular activities on the job. Supervisor plays favorites , and if you have an issue the union is no help at all.
