It is an incredible place to work, and Keeping the World Working is a purpose you can buy into. Training is excellent and the offer of support from everyone you meet along the way is amazing. The pace of the business is fast and keeps you moving and the team I am surrounded by are second to none.

Cons

I don't call them Cons, but challenges. The systems are complex at the beginning, learning another language. But as you go on it comes together and there is always someone you can partner with questions.

In my 32 professional years, I have only worked for a one other company equivalent to Grainger. There is a solid team environment, succession planning, shared values and partnerships, and very reward based both professionally and personally.

Cons

There are not any which come to my mind.
