Pros

Grainger is a great place to work. I have been here for 30 years and wouldn’t have it any other way. A great place for advancement in your career, not to mention the great people you get to work with. Awesome compensation package, such as insurance, 401K and very generous PTO. Discounts on Grainger.com Grainger is very family oriented; they are very flexible when family issues arise. A few other perks are Holiday luncheons, quarterly luncheons, Milestone celebration. Grainger has been an overall great place to work and have a career with.

Cons

Pros

I have been with Grainger since 2017, and I love it here. My managers team & department are wonderful. Grainger offers a great work life balance and honestly cares about their employees Grainger is wonderfully diverse company also very transparent with information and what may be coming in the weeks and months ahead. Grainger encourages its employees to move up or move to other departments. Once you get started here if you think another department is a better match for you then leadership encourages you and helps you to get to that goal. I would definitely recommend Grainger to anyone looking for a great career with a company that truly cares about its employees and offering great benefits.

Cons

The only con I can think of is not enough overtime, but I do understand that when it comes to overtime, we need to think about the business needs.
