Great benefits and vacation days start on day one.

Cons

Supervisors are treated horrible, we are expected to work 12+ hours per day, unreasonable demands placed upon. We are expected to take our computers home to work on reports and projects. Senior leadership says they want to build relationships and follow the corporate mantra, but in Macedonia this is the complete opposite. No room for advancement, this facility is run as part of the good ole boy network.

Good pay to start out with decent benefits, better than you'd get in a lot of places PTO, employee stock plan, 401k, etc

Cons

Supervisors/Department Managers don't seem to quite know what they're doing Constantly running low/out of materials, including those requires for the job Inability to "plan ahead" by management; constantly running into bottlenecks Generally disgruntled workforce (and to be honest, for good reason a lot of the time) mandatory overtime
