Pros

-Culture is great, but depends on the team you're on. -Most leaders I've worked with will advocate for you -Most folks are friendly and are down to earth

Cons

-Lagging behind in some technological development that has been out there for a while. - SQL/BI tools, seems like the younger folks are developing that skillset over senior team members. Also expecting folks to start picking up more advanced tools. -Work life Balance is heavily dependent on the team you are on. - A lot of shifting/movement in roles can cause some chaos. - At times I feel that some company values are violated
