Pros

base salary & commission structure is good. development opportunities are there if you are willing to work for them.

Cons

salesforce.com roll out has been terrible. it is a baby sitting tool to monitor sales professionals every move. there are many high performing sales professionals who are leaving the company.

Pros

Good pay & good benefits.

Cons

Zero leadership at VP level, and the recent moves and hires are even worse. We have not had a good leader to inspire us, motivate us in a long time. There is no process for upward feedback other than the annual employee survey. And then HR wonders why the employee engagement is low. Individual dev reviews are held but not acted on.

Pros

Create your schedule. Name in the industry. Benefits. Training is getting better. Size of territory. Ecommerce enhancements over the past 2 years

Cons

Sweatshop for sales force. Ongoing changes to leadership, compensation, no price transparency. Lack of coaching. All metrics driven with no care of results.
