Pros

Trying to make too many changes

Cons

Losing sight of the big picture in sales and too much time trying to track everything. Too many processes to get anything done

Pros

Compensation is decent which is a base salary and commissions based on quota / revenue system (which continually changed). Benefits such as 401K, healthcare, etc. were good.

Cons

Account Managers get buried with non-selling responsibilities, and are micro-managed. Extremely stressful environment and poor work/life balance. Must like change because it is constant....

Pros

Best product offer in industry. Only place to work amongst larger Mro players. Great supply chain but losing seasoned employees due to better pay

Cons

Starting to micromanage through Salesforce which adds to already heavy workload. Mandate for this is coming down from top and this adds a lot of work that we don't have
