Pros

Competitive base salary and great commission structure that does not cap you if you have a tremendous 6 months. Goals are given out every 6 months.

Cons

Sales Goals not consistent and tend to punish a good seller, or if you have a tremendous 6 months. It's up to your managers discretion on how they distribute their team goal. If you have a great 6 months and double digit over goal you will get more goal. The District managers get bonus for team making goal and the percentage of the team making goal (must be at least 50% of the team). If you have a tremendous year and make annual achievers you need to be looking to move up to national accounts role.

Pros

People interaction - most positions you work with employees or customers or both. It has great benefits, healthcare coverage is really good, you have great options. They contribute 3% automatically to retirement and you can contribute another 3%. Atmosphere is usually great at branches. Really good pay for the positions.

Cons

Same ones at any large company; hiring process can be very slow, having to wait on other people for various things, company wide or department wide meetings, etc. People can make all the difference in the world regardless of the company, if your co-workers suck then so will the work place.
