Deceiving Way to much administration work for what is paid Don’t waste your time here if you have a degree… can get something better Ask the managers care about is their own business.

Pros

Compensation is above average. On the surface, they are focused on employee development which is a plus.

Cons

Frequent org changes at high levels followed by additional cascading org changes. That results in a moving target of decision makers and team members being stuck in a vortex of never ending meetings trying to get senior leader alignment. Leadership pushes for immediate results when they are the ones dragging their feet on decisions. No win situation for team members and middle management.
