Pros

Good people- many have been with the company long-term, +10years. Everyone works very hard, and management is constantly recognizing their efforts. Great communication from the top down.

Cons

The work isn't exciting, long hours, average compensation, poor systems although implementing SAP in the near future which will have challenges or its own. Few layoffs lately as the company has been impacted by the oil prices.

Pros

This company treats there employees with great respect and values the employees input. My past co-workers were great to work with.

Cons

The corporate office cubes are small than other corporate companies I have work for in the past. It seems like there facility department is trying to make more room for more people.

Change for the worst

Pros

Profit sharing, health insurance, and merit increases prior to 2016.

Cons

The company that I started with 5 years ago, has changed drastically in a negative way. Employees aren't valued, the customer experience is out of the window, and it's now all about shareholders and millionaires trying to become billionaires
