Poor Local Mgmt, District Sales Mgr is whom you report to, if you have a young buck or doe trying to jet to the top at all cost they will run into the ground like this is some type of car sales man job. I was rather taken back on how Grainger hired Mgrs and how young and inexperienced lacking both Mgt & People skills. I could not bring years of sales Mgmt experience nor could I build a future with the local Mgmt staff
