Pros

- Pay increase every year - Quarterly bonuses based on your building’s performance - New free merch every year - Ability to grow by moving around sections or moving up - Free lunch catering during some holiday weeks or during summer - Decent benefits - They are able to put 6% of what your paycheck is worth into IRA without having to match it - Good PTO to start, accumulates every month - 6 Paid Holidays off - Good people working here

Cons

- Favoritism from supervisors based not even on work ethic - Problems don’t get solved easily even when brought up multiple times but many people - Front office acts like they’re better than you half the time - If you need to make an unplanned emergency call you could get written up - If you get hurt on the job they will try their best to place the blame on you even if you did everything correctly - Mandatory OT everyday (which could also be a good thing)
