      Pros

      - Large organization (good I suppose if you want to experience navigating through the bureaucracies of a big company) - Modest paycheque, some benefits

      Cons

      - Cut backs each year (job losses) - Lots of middle management/corporate types (empty suits good at corporate cliches & booking meetings about nothing) - HR is often over-active, attempting to provide insights with no real understanding of the business - An empty, soul-sucking corporate culture attempting to make employees feel like they count when in reality it is the complete opposite (just a number). It's the worst

      Pros

      Grainger Canada really invests in their sales force. I've been with Grainger for 5 years now and have had very extensive ongoing sales training where we spend time out of market improving ourselves as sales people in training. I have been am given the tools and support I need to be successful, make money and to keep my customers happy.

      Cons

      There really are no cons - if you do your job and apply the methodologies learned in training you will be successful and will make money. The opportunities for growth are endless.

      the team is alright but the morale is quite low

      Cons

      its almost impossible to get any sort of commission no consistent structure basically a call centre
