      Great company! Good location as HO. Great people to meet and lots of potential for growth ... if you know the right people or the upper management likes you.

      Poor leadership. new people from call centers as leaders . ... trying to mimic grainger in the US. Loosing great sellers. As an inside Account manager you are there to build relationships... not just call and get a quick sell ... is about customer service selling and greeting a great relationship to build future business

      Pros

      There aren't many but they pay well to freshers, if that's what you are looking for. Their training was comprehensive.

      Cons

      This company is everything that is bad with American Capitalism. False Promises are part and parcel. Rude behaviour by management and extremely political premise. I an ecosystem, where people leave sooner than they join, the management has made things even worse by simply accepting it. People are treated like lambs, you'll be made to work 12 hours a day but at appraisal time you'll be given a lousy excuse and a bashing for doing good to the company.
