There are many many cons in this place. I was doing over 180% of my daily targets on the regular, because this was upping the quota and targets for the team I was pushed out. Basically paid to leave. The error system has major flaws, ie, the error is whatever the boss says it is. You have no way to argue it. People say there's room for advancement, makes me think where are all the bosses going? The pay is low, the hours are not flexible, you work when your scheduled to work. That's it. I don't have to much to say about this company in a up lifting positive way.
