Pros

Coworkers and customers make some of the headache worth it. New compensation structure, schedule, PTO and sales process training are all pretty good.

Cons

It's all about your manager's expectations and how lucky you get with your assigned customer base. Been here since day one of the program and seen the center decline into horrible morale as my team frequently turns over. False promises and lack of transparency. Systems that don't function correctly and clunky.

Pros

Ridiculously hard to get in trouble. You can do practically nothing, complain about leadership, and still do nothing and get paid. It could potentially be the easiest job you've ever had. The building manager, Isaiah, is the BIGGEST push over. Someone told me that the leadership will do anything to avoid bad ratings on this annual survey and this guy totally proves that. Just complain and he'll go attack that manager, nothing will change, and you can just go on knowing that you'll be off the radar because you complained. It's kind of a shame that this is a pro because the director is so bad at running the building and the leaders don't give a crap. Everyone who was trying to change things for the better leave because of that. Hence why we just lost 5 managers in literally a month!

Cons

Overtime. They say they're working on improving it, but they don't. We stay late every evening because no one communicates and doesn't hold people to doing what they're supposed to. Then people complain and again, it's like nothing happens.
