Pros

Very few politics within the team and we all have each other's backs.

Cons

Publicly traded American company that reports to their shareholders places a priority on profits way above people. If you love to be micro-managed and you are all about reports, then this is the place for you. I have been here for almost 5 years and the changes are never ending. If you love never ending changes, this is the place for you.

Pros

- A forward-looking organization taking steps to position itself for future growth. - Should have an unmatched offer vs. competition when transformation efforts succeed. - Great people (on both sides of the border), who are committed to making things better.

Cons

- The business transformation in 2017 and 2018 was tough. Lots of change, but also change that was long overdue. This is all behind us now. - Mobility (to U.S.) likely required to advance to the most senior levels of the organization. Still many meaningful roles in Canada, however.
