Pros

Somewhat competitive pay. If you do your job you will have job security. Retirement benefits in the form of Profit Sharing

Cons

No room for advancement. No incentive to promote from within. glass ceiling. Being the best at your current role and qualified to advance doesn't mean anything to hiring managers. It is all about who you know and not what you know.,

Pros

Surprisingly good work-life balance, very good training, web tools a bit dated but being upgraded

Cons

Experienced management staff at mid level. Many policies stated by upper management not implemented correctly by middle managers. Need an internal operations layer.

Account Manager

Pros

Great training and PTO plus profit sharing if you stay long enough. Great starting point to the industrial sales area. Most co workers were friendly.

Cons

Hire experienced managers who managed a team and not a little league baseball team. The blame game is always on the account manager even if you have no control of a situation as a contract with another company. Watch out for your Onsite Service Consultants. They will throw you under the bus if they want your position.
