      - give opportunity to attend NSSM at US. - set unachievable target - demanding employees to work 24 hours a day. - confusing cross department communication.

      Cons

      - no clear direction from management - no clear mechanism of employee performance review - push for sales but lack of supports - felt like working for chinese store - licking is the best way to survive - no HR which has competency and ability as the bridge employee to management - no clear rule of the games - full of lies
