Pros

Huge number of resources and career growth opportunities, plenty of mobility and a great benefits package insurance wise. Diverse and inclusive with a focus on team member engagement.

Cons

Salary compensation is always on the lower end especially for internal hires. Leadership is questionable at times with all the career growth particularly at a district and director level they will hire someone for a role with very little experience causing a long learning curve, or lead to a huge spike in disengagement when the leader is not a good fit, and can feel like a constant rotating cast of management,
