Great Company just bad situation

Pros

Great benefits package and for the most part building I worked at people were ok. They did give us doughnuts.

Cons

Building I worked in had huge management turnover. Three buliding directors and human resources managers in three years. No continuity. Always having to adjust to new regime.

Pros

In my opinion the best thing about Grainger is the benefits, training, and people. Grainger has treated me well and I have been very lucky to have had two great managers in my over eight years with the company.

Cons

You better be a champion of Change Management because there is always something new happening. In addition, Work-Life Balance is a struggle for those who do not work within the walls of the company.
