      Good experience, great benefits, changing culture

      Pros

      When I first started the company and people were great to work with. There was a lot of comradery and working together as a team. The benefits are very good and get much better the longer you are there.

      Cons

      The culture is changing and becoming much more political. A lot of layoffs are causing people to watch their own backs. The product management team gets a lot of perks while the marketing team does not (almost like they are in different companies). It is difficult to be promoted, unless you are politically savvy.

      Pros

      Above average pay, amazing benefits, PST, stock purchases, discounts. PTO is generous and normally easy to schedule. Short term disability benefits are way better than most companies.

      Cons

      It's very hard to advance in the company if you are not looking for a sales job. Management does not always handle office conflict well or in a timely matter. Nor do they know how to accurately staff a department based on workload.

      Cons

      Have to part of the in crowd for promotions or advancement. Since the recession raises for lower level employees is minimal at best, Too much red tape in order to get things done.
