Pros

One of the best training programs in sales, great experience, wonderful benefits (apart from salary), and excellent corporate culture.

Cons

Salary is pretty low, no real short-term compensatory benefits, and salary is non-negotiable. Company gears its payout to its employees towards the future and only benefits employees who spend their careers there. Not much room for advancement, moving up is almost too hard and happens very slowly.

Pros

Great training and development if you have a great manager. There is a lot of room for advancement if you play the politics. The benefits are pretty good.

Cons

The pay is very low compared to the amount of money you are required to bring in. Most managers in the TSR world have no management experience so there are way more bad than good. It is a great company to work for if you land under the right people.
