Pros

They offer some good reporting tools which is helpful, Salesforce, work life balance - wasnt asked to stay overtime etc. and apart from that cannot highlight anything.

Cons

There are quite some important cons within the organization. In my opinion the most important for the business is lack of direction and leadership. During my tenure we've never discussed any strategies how to win more business, how to increase the market share in any product category, how to develop more opportunities, or company wise what is the focus, direction etc. The only focus is go bring money, but managers don't care how you are going to do that. Instead they are going to take the credit for your work and boast on team's numbers. Managers will be nagging at you, control, micromanage!!! huge cons and policing you on every occasion. No flexibility, no room for creativity, different perspective, boss mentality, no discussion. Even if you do your job, they wont be satisfied and will drain you with conflicting priorities everyday. They promote managers or supervisor from within that dont have any management or leadership skills but think high of themselves. Instead of focusing on sales, you will be doing a lot of admin work, sending marketing promos (marketing is none existent in the company), fulfilling different dull tasks that have nothing in common with sales and at the same time you should be constantly on the phone. Expect a lot of cold calling (vast majority of the calls are outbound), no leads are provided, no marketing support, you are going to be on your own. If you are lucky to get a good territory with high potential you will be hitting targets, if not you will be struggling even if you put the effort. So the territories are not split evenly!!! Some sellers work their butt off and others just tagging around and "raking money". So due to lack of strategy and leadership everyone is doing its own thing, no cooperation opportunities between the team members. Commission is a joke. Dont buy into the commission promises. They've changed its structure on several occasions just to make sure that you dont get paid. What I was promised and what it turned out to be by the end of the day, was a total lie. Negotiate salary since they pay below average and dont listen to what they tell you in regards to commission since they will make sure you dont get paid for the extra work you put in. During the time with them, I havent seen any gifts for the Holidays, or at least any consideration that you are valued, only pep talks and how great is the business which is also a lie. They made a lot of profits during the covid due to the availability of the stock but most of the business is lost to the competition, why because they are very greedy!! Check their numbers before the covid and maybe now as well to get a better impression of the health of the business. A lot of turnover even at the upper management level. In one year in my team 5 people left out of 7. I wouldnt recommend to join for the seasoned professionals. If you dont have options and want to get some exposure and experience and if you are comfortable with the above situation give it try. Just maybe a week after I started with them, someone from upper management reached out and encouraged to write my review even if I havent had the chance to get a better perspective about the company and the role itself and I've never heard from that person after that to be curious how do I feel and what I think about the company. So you get the idea. Good luck

Probably one of the worst jobs I've had in a long time.

Pros

There were no pros really in my mind.

Cons

The pay is low and pays employees just enough to survive, I had senior staff bumming smokes from me all the time. The people there are clueless about anything out of thier job spectrum. Lazy co workers that think they can get away with it because there's so many others in the building. I don't want to bad mouth the place but I really had no positive experience there.
