Pros

While I may not agree with every single process or policy for the most part Grainger exhibits common sense, and they start with the customer. Key positives.

Cons

Large companies tend to have a habit of turning employees into numbers. Not really the case here.

Pros

Most of the team I worked with was dedicated to the customers and helping each other succeed. Some senior leadership is really on the ball and great to work for.

Cons

Complex processes that leadership doesn't really seem to understand. Culture shift to more micromanaging and reporting that takes away from doing the job. Constant fight to explain the support needed and how that can be delivered effectively.
