Unlike other Graingers, #605 is a branch where every single employee works at the front, picking orders from the warehouse, shipping, fedex recieving, and quite literally everything else, while other stores have people dedicated to the front as to others for just the back of the warehouse. So your work load is always excessive and its near impossible to not be stressed out trying to manage that while being rushed. Ever since I worked there it was always under staffed in some way causing even more people to want to leave because only 4 people working there. Managing isn't the best, general manager isn't there much.
