Pros

Some people are really nice here! Great HQ facility.Senior leadership are great.

Cons

Lots of tedious work and downtime, little development for self after 1 year. Middle level managers are very reluctant to take risk and always blame others for any mistakes they made.

Pros

Profit sharing, profit sharing, vacation

Cons

A highly stressful and micro managed environment. A very complex company that thinks it can hire managers, especially sales managers from outside the company that have no concept of the business. No work/life balance whatsoever. The focus has shifted away from the customer to increase sales at all costs. Branch employees and sales reps are for the most part unhappy and I know a lot of them. Upper management has no idea of the overall morale of employees that have been with the company longer than 10 years nor do they care. The focus is on bringing in new blood in all areas.
