Pros

Great go to market stragety, majority of the team members are team players, great training program.

Cons

Make sure you understand the compensation program. Company will not pay what you are due if you happen to have an account that ends up needing more product due to acts of god. It would not be a problem if the program laid that out, but it does or did not. Grainger will also take any bouns money from you if you do not make your goals consectuvily.

Pros

Great team members that know what it takes to get the job done. Everyone locally knows what the customer needs and does an outstanding job of taking care of them. Work-life balance is good unless you are an account manager.

Cons

Lots of change taking place and seem to be losing a lot of industry knowledge. The sense of job security is gone causing many to question the direction the company is headed.

Pros

Generous PTO, good health/dental, solid retirement and reasonable upward mobility

Cons

Pay is not always equal to performance. Internal promotions do not offer a competitive raise. Company is in transition which has been a huge challenge.
