Pros

Smart, talented, really nice team of people. The best experience I have ever had in terms of enjoying the people I work with. Significant training and personal growth opportunities. Work/life balance is a company focus, but how that works for the individual is highly dependent on one's role within the company.

Cons

Large, heavily matrixed organization that moves quite slowly. Very heavy on clunky processes.

Pros

Good Pay, Great stock options. good retirement

Cons

If you like to suck up and work harder than people who get paid more and don't mind being a corporate puppet, then this is the place for you. Nepotism is very obvioius. Call center in lincolshire, not conducive to healthy work environment. Management unresponsive to complaints. Childish and abusive enviroment. HR is all powerfull entity with no checks and balances.
